Terms of Service

1. The service

EZ Biz Leads helps U.S. business customers define a target market, request evidence-backed company research, receive provider-sourced professional contact information when available, and manage delivered leads. EZ Biz Leads does not send outreach, operate a dialer, or act as a full customer-relationship management system.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind the customer organization. Customers are responsible for their users, account information, secure sign-in links, and all activity under their workspace. One subscription includes up to three seats. Accounts and access may not be shared outside the subscribing organization.

3. Subscription and credits

The v1 subscription is $299 per month and includes 25 credits per billing period. One credit is consumed only when EZ Biz Leads delivers a new, unique company that passes the delivery rules. Unused reserved credits return after partial delivery, failure, budget stop, or cancellation. Credits do not roll over, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or resold. There is no free trial or overage plan unless a written order says otherwise.

Stripe processes payment. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Past-due accounts cannot start new research. After the paid period ends, EZ Biz Leads LLC may provide 30 days of read-only EZ Biz Leads access and export before locking the workspace.

4. Lead quality and customer judgment

EZ Biz Leads applies qualification rules and provides supporting company sources, but it does not guarantee a particular volume, response, sale, revenue outcome, contact deliverability, or error-free third-party data. Professional contact information is provider-sourced and may become outdated. Customers must review the evidence and decide independently whether and how to use a lead.

5. Lawful use of lead information

Customers may use delivered information only for lawful, relevant business-to-business sales and research. Customers are responsible for their outreach, notices, consent, suppression, and compliance with marketing, privacy, employment, credit, telecommunications, and anti-spam laws.

Customers must not use EZ Biz Leads or its data to:

• Target consumers or households, children, or sensitive or protected classes.
• Make decisions about credit, insurance, housing, employment, education, healthcare, or another eligibility determination.
• Harass, deceive, discriminate, spam, scrape, surveil, or evade an opt-out or suppression request.
• Resell, sublicense, publish, or provide bulk access to lead data or recreate a people-search product.
• Reverse engineer, probe, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or another customer's workspace.

6. Customer content

Customers retain ownership of business profiles, campaign criteria, notes, tags, and other content they submit. They grant EZ Biz Leads LLC a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, protect, support, and improve the service. Customers represent that they have the rights and authority needed to submit and use their content.

7. Property of EZ Biz Leads LLC

EZ Biz Leads LLC and its licensors retain all rights in the EZ Biz Leads application, workflows, qualification methods, interfaces, documentation, and service-generated structure, excluding customer content and third-party data. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service during an active or permitted read-only period.

8. Third-party services

The service depends on third parties for hosting, authentication, workflows, company research, professional data, billing, and email. Their outages, terms, and data may affect EZ Biz Leads LLC. EZ Biz Leads LLC may replace a provider when reasonably necessary, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable customer commitments.

9. Suspension and termination

EZ Biz Leads LLC may limit or suspend access for nonpayment, unlawful or abusive use, risk to the service or others, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and a chance to cure. Customers may cancel through the billing portal and organization owners may request workspace deletion. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination remain in effect.

10. Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and lead information are provided “as is” and “as available.” EZ Biz Leads LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, business opportunities, goodwill, or data. EZ Biz Leads LLC's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees the customer paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.

12. Indemnity

The customer will defend and indemnify EZ Biz Leads LLC against third-party claims arising from the customer's content, outreach, unlawful use of lead information, or material breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by EZ Biz Leads LLC's own breach or misconduct.

13. General terms

Neither party may assign these terms without the other party's consent, except in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of substantially all assets, or transfer to an affiliate. Notices may be delivered electronically. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated to active customers. Questions may be sent to support@ezbizleads.com.
